We’re in the middle of Disney Cruise Line’s biggest expansion yet, and there’s a lot to be excited about.

Let’s start with the ship that’s closest to launch.
Disney Treasure: Entertainment Highlights
Disney Cruise Line is known for its Broadway-style productions, and the Disney Treasure continues that tradition with a brand-new show:
Disney The Tale of Moana
This stage production brings Moana’s story to life with immersive effects and new elements, including:
A brand-new song titled Warrior Face, performed by Moana and Maui
Transforming theater environments that shift between island settings and open ocean scenes
Large-scale puppetry, including impressive character designs like Te Kā
This looks to be one of the most ambitious stage shows Disney Cruise Line has produced.
Themed Lounges and Drink Experiences
Haunted Mansion Parlor
This atmospheric lounge offers themed drinks for all ages:
Ghoulish Delight – a purple ube-based drink with oat milk, tapioca pearls, and a gummy eyeball
Sympathetic Libations – featuring blood orange and sour cherry flavors
A tequila-based signature cocktail with lemon salt foam and a hidden message revealed under blacklight
Scat Cat Lounge
Inspired by The Aristocats, this piano lounge features:
Crème de la Crème Martini – a dessert-style cocktail served in a French ceramic bowl

In addition to the existing Marvel dining experience, the Disney Treasure introduces:

This Zootopia-themed dessert location includes:

Plaza de Coco Dining
Plaza de Coco will offer a wide variety of dishes inspired by the film. While the full menu is extensive, expect a vibrant, culturally inspired dining experience with plenty of options.
Introducing the Disney Destiny
Now let’s turn to the newest ship in the fleet: the Disney Destiny.
The entire ship is themed around heroes and villains, and that concept carries through every experience onboard.

Final Thoughts
With the Disney Treasure nearly ready to sail and the Disney Destiny introducing an ambitious heroes-and-villains theme, Disney Cruise Line is clearly investing heavily in immersive storytelling at sea.
