Halloween Haunt 2024 | EVERYTHING You're Going To See (Canada's Wonderland)
We take an in-depth look at all of the frights, foods and festivities that you are going to find at Canada's Wonderland's 19th annual Halloween Haunt.
Something scary is coming to Canada’s Wonderland—and this time, we can actually talk about it.
Hey everybody, welcome to the channel. I’m Joe Findlay, and starting September 27 through November 2, Canada’s Wonderland is unleashing its 19th season of Halloween Haunt. From brand-new haunted houses to returning fan favorites, plus family-friendly daytime fun, there’s a lot to cover.
Let’s start with something a little less terrifying.
Camp Spooky: Family-Friendly Halloween Fun
If you’re visiting during the day, Camp Spooky is your go-to for kid-friendly Halloween activities.
Running from September 28 throughout the Haunt season, Camp Spooky takes over Planet Snoopy and KidZville with:
Character meet-and-greets featuring Halloween-themed Peanuts characters
Pumpkin decorating and trick-or-treating
Kid-friendly mazes
Live entertainment including clowns, magicians, and music
There are also special experiences like:
Sally’s Disco dance party
A kids’ costume parade with the Peanuts gang
Two live shows: Charlie Brown’s Trick-or-Treat Tales and Spooky Tales with Snoopy
It’s a much lighter, more playful way to enjoy Halloween before the scares begin at night.
Haunted Houses and Mazes
Halloween Haunt is all about the scares, and this year’s lineup includes both new attractions and returning favorites.
New for This Year
Demons of the Deep
Set inside a deserted marine lab, this maze features twisted experiments and eerie underwater horror.
Dark Ride: The Maze
An abandoned amusement park ride overtaken by sinister carnival workers sets the stage for this unsettling experience.

Spirit Manor – A richly themed haunted mansion experience
The Crypt – Underground catacombs filled with the remains of millions
The Ruins – An archaeological expedition gone horribly wrong
Scare Zones
Seven scare zones will be spread throughout the park, each with its own theme and atmosphere:

Kingdom of Carnage – A medieval uprising fueled by dark magic
Streets of the Undead – A full zombie apocalypse

Tickets and Value
Halloween Haunt is a separately ticketed event, with prices starting around $44.99.
However, if you have a Gold Season Pass, Haunt admission is included—making it one of the best values if you plan to visit multiple times. Add in other seasonal events like WinterFest, and the pass pays for itself quickly.
Final Thoughts
Whether you’re going for the haunted houses, scare zones, food, or entertainment, Halloween Haunt continues to be one of Canada’s Wonderland’s biggest events of the year.
There’s something for everyone—from daytime family fun at Camp Spooky to full-on horror experiences after dark.
If you’re planning to go this year, it’s shaping up to be a strong season.
